We at AutoGlow Car Wash take due care whilst your vehicle is left with us for our services, please ensure that all your valuable items are removed from your vehicle and take note of our conditions below.

Management accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever to your motor vehicle, accessories, contents or property.

You agree to indemnify the management in respect of any claim made against us and any expenses incurred as a consequence of, in relation to or in any way arising out of using our services.

If you do not accept the Terms & Conditions, please request to have your vehicle retrieved prior to commencement of our services.

• “Auto Glow Car Wash LLC” maintains the www.autoglowuae.com Website (“Site”).
• “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
• ‘’Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’
• ‘’We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries’’
• ‘’Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website’’
• ‘’Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules’’
• ‘’User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account’

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION (for Services) –

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

REFUND POLICY –

• ‘’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment”
• After the service completion no refund will be proceded

For Refund Policy and Cancellation– We will accept cancellation

CANCELLATION POLICY –  Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7days for the refund transfer to be completed.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY:

We will deliver our service in customers premises.

The multiple booking / orders / shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
